Interest users follow-up email automation

If the users sign up an interest on Weave and didn't schedule for demo, automate the process on sending them a follow-up email after 10 days not receiving response from the user.

Impact of not having this feature
This is a request from marketing team as it will help with the follow-up process and promote conversion. It's not an urgent request now as our current requests amount can still be handled manually. We only need this when the volume of request increases.
