[PMS] Disable run button

Would be nice to have the run button disabled with indication that it is disable before user selected a model and/or inserted some prompt

    @Yongsheng Lui This is a valid UX for users. I'm not sure bout the prompt insertion but the model selection makes sense. What do you think?
