[Weave] Default prompt template insertion in UX flow.

Unsure if this is already a pending feature, but having a default prompt template inserted when the user selects one of the llama2 models would be great. From a UX flow, the default prompt template should appear when one of the Llama models is selected, and disappear when an alternative model is selected.
