[Weave] Prompt or Workflow Autosave

auto-save for prompt is like whenever user typing something on the current existing prompt including title, prompt body, model, variables, it will debounce the time in 500ms to 1s before triggering the update or save api

    As discussed with Azad and Lui, the temp solution:
    1. User will have two versions to work with. Working and Published
    2. When user saves a prompt or workflow, the changes are saved but not published
